Fields Farmshop, East Bergholt

This on trend cafe and farmshop feels like so much more. With insta friendly interiors and delicious food too, this is a foodie’s haven.

Old Hall Farm, Woodton

Just over the Norfolk/Suffolk border is this true farmshop on a working farm, with a dairy herd and 500 acres of arable land. Their ethos is to support and sell produce from across the regions, usually from within 20 miles of the shop! There is also a cafe on site that is known for its legendary Sunday roasts.

Hog & Hen Farmshop, Stowmarket

With their own free-range chicken and vegetables, grown on the farm, locally sourced Red Poll beef and Dingley Dell pork, as well as gifts and homeware, this farmshop sets out to source as much locally as possible. Don’t miss this hidden farmshop, off the beaten track, down some beautiful winding country roads.

Emmetts, Peasenhall

Know for their world famous Suffolk ham, and as the oldest artisan ham and bacon producer in the UK (est.1820), this is a must visit if visiting the East of Suffolk.

Alder Carr Farmshop, Needham Market

This is how you imagine a farmshop. A bit of a hidden local secret, this farmshop has everything you could need, from a butcher's counter, deli and fresh, fruit and vegetables to bakery deliveries, wines and beers and even a self-refill cleaning and beauty products option. Outdoors there is so much more, with an enclosed courtyard & cafe being the perfect haven during summer month as well as a small picnic spot, play area and a nature trail to see the animals on the farm and spot the wildlife.

Jimmy’s Farm, Ipswich

This farmshop does have a great selection of fresh and local producer, massive deli counter and a lovely cafe to boot!

Hollow Trees Farmshop, Semer

As fresh as it gets with the a lot of produce grown on the farm, but so much more than a farmshop. There are often events alongside the shop, farm trail and cafe.

Ben & Ella’s Farmshop, Halstead

Just over the border into Essex, but 100% worth a stop. Not only is there this gorgeous farmshop and bakery, but on site there are several other shops worthy of an afternoon wander.

Another authentic farm shop with rustic charm. Don't expect all the trappings of the larger farmshops, instead you get the freshest, lovingly homegrown vegetables, fresh eggs and honey from the hive!

Goslings Farmshop,Trimley St Martin

A proper PYO (pick your own) spot on a farm in Suffolk where you can pick everything from christmas trees and pumpkins to strawberries and raspberries. With a cafe and farmshop too, what better way to spend an afternoon. #PYOSuffolk

Take a step back in time! This charming and gorgeously local greengrocers is a must when visiting Bungay. Stop here after visiting the deli, the butchers and the bakers on the same street in Bungay, and you are set for the weekend!

White House Farm, Grundisburgh

If you want something totally unique…rent an apple tree! Experience the good life at this lovely farm where you can rent your own apple tree for a year and visit their roadside honesty farmshop stall!
